Dear Men of the Company,

I would like to introduce to all concerned, Jeff Plath of St. Crouiz Falls, Wi.  I have known Jeff about 8 years, and know him to be a trusted friend.  Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in fur trade history, especially in the area of trade beads.  He is also a gifted lamp worker (making of trade beads).  Jeff has been doing primitive camping since he was a small boy and learned the art of flint knapping from his father.  These art forms are not just a hobby for Jeff, but a lifestyle.  I think Jeff would make a fine addition to the ONW Company and also to its future interest.  He has many winters before he will become a greybeard and will be a valued member for many years to come.

Your Cousin and Humbled Servant,
Dave Dittmer
